- $10 flat rate shipping
- $6 flat rate shipping if order solely consists lube and other small item.
Shipping, as well as billing, is discreet and will not have “Le Velvet Kitten” or any other adult company name visible. All non-subscription orders ship within 3-5 business day.
(Coming Soon) For shipping to Canada or the UK, a flat rate of $20 will be charged. Customers outside of the the U.S., U.K. or Canada may order by emailing for a shipping quote. Please note that many brands restrict us from selling their products outside of the U.S. We are not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by your country.
LVK is not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages, although we are happy to help locate it to the best of our ability in the event that your package is not successfully delivered.
Because we are a start-up, some products ship directly from our facilities in Florida, and some products ship directly from our distributor. You will not be charged extra shipping if your order contains products that ship from both places. Please keep in mind that your order may arrive in two separate packages. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and if this is a specific concern of yours, contact us and we will be happy to find a solution.
