SHIPPING

Customer name and shipping address MUST match. Any customers ordering that do not follow this criteria will be cancelled without notice.

Turn around time varies from 5-10 days depending on volume of orders.

International orders are shipped priority mail (10-12 days) via USPS. The only way to track an international package is through the Express Mail option. The Priority Mail option only provides customs information that updates when your package has gone through customs in your country, as well as when it's been delivered. Overnight shipping is available within the US, however please email prior to order for production time.

RETURNS

There are NO RETURNS as everything is made by the order, unless specified otherwise. If there is an issue with shirt size, please contact AXO with subject "SIZING | Order #" and we can arrange an exchange for your correct size. Defective items must be sent back within 7 days of purchase. Intial contact REQUIRED, with subject "Defect | Order #" with photo for store credit or replacement only.
